Refunds

As this is a meal-delivery service, no refunds are permitted for products purchased through this website.

Plans can be put on hold at the discretion of Plant Power LLC. Any Cancellations and/or refunds can only be given by exception so long as it is granted by Plant Power LLC management, with payment sent back to the customer within ten working days, via the same mode of payment originally executed. Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.

Any Refund will be subject to processing fees of up to 90.00 AED per transaction.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made exceptionally once approved by Plant Power LLC within 24 hours of order placement and payment will be refunded via the original mode of payment. This process could take up to 30 days.
